If you are a full-time student enrolled in a hydraulic engineering, water engineering, or related programme, please register using the dedicated student registration form.

Group Booking (5 or more participants)
If you wish to make a group booking, please do not use the standard registration link but use this group booking form. Group bookings can be made until 29 September 2026.
How does it work?
- Complete the form using your organisation’s invoicing details.
- You will receive a confirmation email containing a link.
- Use this link to submit the names and email addresses of the group participants (one participant per form)
Each group participant will then receive a personal registration link by email, allowing them to register as part of the group. Once registered, they will receive:
- Confirmation of participation
- Practical event information
- Access to the event app
One invoice covering the entire group will be emailed to you at the beginning of October. Any amendments should be sent by email to Waterbouwdag@confriends.org
Payment Terms
Payment can be made by bank transfer or iDEAL. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please ensure that all invoicing details, including any purchase order numbers or references, are entered correctly when completing the registration form. The invoice is generated and emailed automatically after submission of the form.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your registration up to 18 September 2026 and receive a refund of the amount paid, less a €25 administration fee. From 18 September 2026 onwards, the full registration fee remains payable. Alternatively, a substitute participant may be nominated at no additional charge.
All cancellations must be submitted to the conference secretariat by e-mail.
